Puppies & Petals

On September 5th, our fall opening Saturday, the gardens has partnered with the Weatherford Animal Services to set up a dog adoption day. This event will run from 10am to 3pm. Guests will be welcome to take a dog for a stroll in the gardens. The stroll can be used as a fun way to de-stress if not looking to take the furry friend home or a way to kick off the bonding process if you plan to take the next step towards adoption. There will be fun for the whole family – lawn games, a tie-dye station, hot dogs sold for lunch, and Hello Heilo Paletas will be serving up some yummy popsicles. Don’t forget to drop off an animal donation item upon arrival to have your name placed in a raffle for a Clark Gardens dual membership (food, treats, leashes, beds, etc). Feel free to bring your dog(s) out, as all waggling tails will be welcomed. We can’t wait to see you there! Admissions: 3 & younger – Free, 4 to 12 - $5, 13 to 64 - $9, and 65+ - $7
